Five Amazing Tips to Humanize Your Business Through Content Marketing

Every minute of every day, consumers make relatively thoughtful choices on whom to hire to solve a pain point. And, unless it's health-related, pain points, in this case, do not call for high dosages of Ibuprofen. Let's think of the pain that all the rain in our region has caused this winter. A consumer may want relief from a leaky roof, someone to re-mediate mold from a building, or install a new sump pump.

If you are a company that provides these services, how do you help to relieve the agony of these problems? How do you communicate this information in a way that humanizes your business and builds trust in the minds of your target customer base?

Content marketing helps to bridge that connection. It is a marketing technique of creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and acquire a clearly defined audience – to drive profitable customer action.

Examples of content marketing output include blogs, videos, pictures, podcasts, social media, e-newsletters, etc. And some, not all, of these, maybe ideal for your business. But before you get started on creating anything new, inventory what you already have and think about how it can be reused. It's possible that a brochure could be crafted into a script for a video, or a blog could be created from a unique problem you solved for a customer.

But always remember to HUMANIZE your business when producing content. This builds trust, fulfills your brand promise, and makes your company relatable.

Do Not Ask: "Can I have your attention?"
